In addition to her education, experience and expertise in the field of real estate, Sunny holds a Master's degree from the University of NC at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts from Gardner-Webb University.  Sunny holds degrees in English, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing and Education. Her professional marketing expertise,  coupled with her background as an educator and post-secondary school administrator,  provides her with a unique and valuable skills set she uses daily in her real estate practice.

Sunny and her husband, Chris, along with their two rescue pups, Honey and Trooper, love calling Cramerton, NC home.  When she is not with clients, you’ll find Sunny working as an advocate for others -- especially animals and children.  Her past career as an educator, makes her a champion for children, particularly those with special challenges.  Sunny has a fiery passion for finding the ideal home for EVERYONE! She has had the distinct joy of helping countless rescue animals find their forever homes over the years.  Sunny genuinely has a heart for others and believes you should not only count your blessings, but you should also share them!
